As hands-on stewards, we humanely raise Black Angus cattle on rich mountain pastures. We put up our own quality hay and supplement grain in final weeks before harvesting, for excellent marbling. Our beef is packaged at a USDA facility. Healthy young animals, proper feed and sufficient hanging time all make for superior beef.
